Michelle has been a Development, Advocacy, and Marketing Leader with more than 20 years of experience. Michelle has been in various business development and ministry development positions such as donor relations, events, grants, and business relations. She has successfully created and implemented plans that increased the number of people served in several of the organizations she has worked with through the years, as well as develop strategies to broaden fundraising potential to support the organization’s vision.
Michelle is an Ordained Minister and has been a speaker on radio shows, and ministering to the hearts of women for decades every month. Her family is her priority, second to the Lord. She is married to Vern Rumreich, who owns his own construction company in Florida. They have 4 kids who are very successful, as well. Her passion is: To Love God with all my heart and seek his face is my reason for living!
